These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and dttoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dttoto website located at https://dttoto.cam and all associated services, games, software, and features (collectively, the "Services").
By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use dttoto Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. dttoto strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds and winnings forfeited without recourse.
You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address to use dttoto Services. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. dttoto operates as an internationally licensed platform. Indonesian law regarding online gambling remains legally ambiguous, and enforcement priorities may change. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of dttoto is lawful in your jurisdiction and for any legal consequences that may arise.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not legally prohibited from using online gaming services. You further warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under false names, or sharing accounts with other individuals is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
To access dttoto Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree that all information provided is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
dttoto requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a verification selfie holding your identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify dttoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. dttoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification.
dttoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behavior toward staff or other Players, or at your request. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to dttoto.
dttoto accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at dttoto's discretion. Deposited funds are intended solely for wagering on the Platform and may not be used for money transmission or any illegal purpose.
You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for deposits unless otherwise approved by dttoto support. Standard processing time is 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method and verification status. dttoto reserves the right to conduct security checks and request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
dttoto does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond dttoto's control. Currency conversion fees may apply if deposits or withdrawals are processed in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
dttoto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal requests are approved. Unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without wagering, or other suspicious patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or account suspension pending investigation.
All bonuses offered by dttoto are subject to specific terms and conditions including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (turnover), maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. Bonus terms are clearly displayed on promotional pages and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requires you to place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Wagering contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Players, exploiting software errors, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited. dttoto reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant sporting body and dttoto's sports betting rules. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the circumstances and specific sport rules. dttoto reserves the right to void bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.
All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets are void, and stakes are returned to Players' accounts.
dttoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain games, bet types, or events. Maximum payout limits are specified in individual game rules and betting markets. Winnings exceeding maximum payout limits will be capped at the specified maximum amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
All content on the dttoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of dttoto or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from dttoto.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dttoto and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. dttoto's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
dttoto is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, payment processing delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. dttoto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dttoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dttoto holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with dttoto's customer support team. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.
dttoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of dttoto Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
